*NEW MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY*
CHANGES TO MISSED APPOINTMENTS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1st 2025
- Client MUST give minimum 12 hour, PHONE CALL, notice for a cancellation of a booked appointment
- If we DO NOT receive prior notice and are unable to fill the appointment last minute, we reserve the right to CHARGE a missed appointment fee in order to accept a new appointment booking after a SECOND MISSED appointment.
- If a client misses 2 appointments, WITHOUT NOTICE, you will be charged a $40 fee for your new booking to be accepted; ($66 total at time of service; fee+haircut)
* We have implemented this change due to an increase in no show bookings. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and may not allow for much notice, but please be as courteous as possible and remember that we have a limited amount of appointments available per day and our income is dependent upon our chair being occupied.
